Lower back massage

"I just want a really good massage!"

Danielle can adapt her skills to provide the type of massage you want. Deep clinical and remedial sports massage techniques can be employed to break down muscular scar tissue, loosen contracted muscles, and improve function. Or, for a more gentle approach, muscles can be warmed up gradually with a holistic massage style which provides a relaxing experience.

Treatments can be combined- this is popular amongst many of Danielle's regular patients, who often choose to have some key acupuncture points and some massage as a treatment.

Massage can be used; to deal with a specific soft-tissue complaint as part of a weekly clinical treatment plan; as a once a month treat for a tired, aching back and shoulders; as a one-off de-stressing and relaxing experience.

Danielle holds a degree in Acupuncture, and a BTEC level 5 in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage, the highest available Sports Massage qualification in the UK. Amongst other memberships, she is a member of the CNHC and the BAcC.
